One big bad economic (pork-ridden) non-stimulus package

By know we should all know the urgent economic stimulus package is not an urgent economic stimulus package. Yes, it does contain immediate job stimulation to the tune of about 35% of the package. Even the 35% job stimulation portion can be considered questionable depending on how it is administered. There is a better way. Why will this economic stimulus package not work?
