according to the Constitution of the U S he is qualified. What you’d like to do is add artifical qualifications to suit your own purpose.

Barak Obama is an impressive young man. But, I fear that, like Rudy Giuliani, he has not had experience with the entire United States. I believe that his experience is rooted almost entirely in the black community and its struggles. This alone will not serve America well. While listening to his recent speech I realized just how torn he is between his loyalty to an extremist pastor and what he knows is right. He is not ready for the office of President at this time.

I do believe that Mr Obama has given more hope to the republican party of a major upset over the democrats that was not there before he(Obama)entered the race.Between the war costing hundreds of billions of dollars,oil prices out of control and last but not least the mortgage crisis,what could have possibly helped the republicans stay in power?
